What I Do

Five Areas of Expertise

I work at the intersection of CRM, marketing systems, and remote execution, bringing structure to the parts of marketing that are often scattered, manual, or undocumented.

CRM & Funnel Workflows

I configure GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRM pipelines to match how leads move through a business, from initial inquiry to follow-up, booking, and close. I set up stages, automations, forms, and fields so nothing slips through the gaps.

GoHighLevel · HubSpot CRM · Calendly · Mailchimp

Marketing Operations

I help remote marketing teams run more predictably by documenting workflows, building campaign trackers, coordinating execution across tools and team members, and making sure the plan on paper matches what gets done.

Notion · Asana · ClickUp · Google Workspace · Loom

SEO Content & WordPress

I manage WordPress sites for content publishing and SEO performance, including on-page optimization, GSC monitoring, keyword tracking, and content pipeline coordination from research to published post.

WordPress · Elementor · GA4 · Google Search Console · Yoast

Reporting & Analytics

I build reporting structures that make campaign performance easier to understand, including GA4 dashboards, keyword ranking reports, ad performance summaries, and campaign trackers that connect activity to results.

GA4 · SEMrush · Ahrefs · Screaming Frog · Google Sheets

AI-Assisted Workflow Support

I use AI tools to speed up documentation, research, and workflow design, with human review built into every step. The output is checked, structured, and ready to hand off.

Dental Practice — Marketing Operations Execution Plan

Situation

A dental practice needed a clearer way to manage marketing execution across agency campaigns, GHL, funnel activity, front desk handoffs, and leadership reporting. The main challenge was not only generating leads, but understanding where qualified leads were getting delayed, dropped, or failing to convert into booked and shown patients.

What Was Built

Developed a 13-slide Marketing Operations Execution Plan that mapped the patient journey, diagnosed common conversion friction points, defined the coordination layer, and created practical tracker frameworks for agency deliverables, funnel QA, front desk experience, conversion issues, action items, and weekly leadership summaries.

Tools Used
PowerPoint Google Sheets Canva Notion
Capability Shown

The ability to translate an agency brief into a structured marketing operations system that connects strategy, CRM and funnel visibility, team accountability, and leadership decision-making. The deliverable shows how marketing activity can be organized into clear trackers, QA checks, action items, and reporting views that support better patient conversion.

AI Automation Workflow Demo

Email Triage + Revenue Dashboard

Situation

Many service businesses manage leads, client emails, CRM exports, revenue tracking, commissions, and daily reporting across separate tools. This creates missed follow-ups, scattered visibility, and manual reporting work.

What Was Built

A working local Streamlit prototype that simulates an AI-assisted operations workflow. It includes email triage, sender whitelist/blacklist rules, suggested draft replies, a CRM-style revenue dashboard, commission calculator, deal table, and downloadable end-of-day report.

Tools Used
Claude Code Python Streamlit Pandas Plotly VS Code CSV sample data
What It Proves

I can turn a business workflow into a functional app prototype with structured inputs, processing rules, dashboard outputs, QA checks, and reusable documentation — and show how manual CSV inputs could later be replaced by CRM, email, Google Sheets, or API integrations.

About Me

Background & Approach

Ritche Ian Soldevilla
Corporate Foundation

I spent 18+ years at SABIC, a Saudi-based Fortune Global 500 petrochemical company, supporting senior leadership in executive administration, documentation, coordination, and reporting. That experience gave me something most marketing specialists do not have: corporate-grade discipline in documentation, structured follow-through, and executive-level communication. Those habits now shape how I approach every marketing operations system I build.

Marketing Operations Transition

Since 2021, I've applied that foundation to remote marketing work, including CRM configuration, lead funnel builds, SEO content publishing, campaign coordination, and workflow documentation for service-based businesses. OpsFlowPH is my personal systems lab where I continue to build, document, and refine marketing operations workflows. It reflects how I think about structured execution, and it is separate from my availability for full-time remote roles.

Remote Setup & Availability

I work from a dedicated home office in the Philippines with a 400Mbps fiber connection, generator backup, dual monitors, noise-cancelling headset, and HD webcam. I maintain reliable overlap hours with teams from US Central and Eastern through Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and am fully set up for asynchronous collaboration.

Excerpt from LinkedIn Recommendation
Ritche and I were colleagues at SABIC for five years. Ritche was both colleague and mentor. His insights into Saudi culture were very instrumental in helping me integrate into the company.

Ritche’s ability to prioritise and focus on execution is a key strength, as is his ability to understand the big picture and translate it into execution. He brings valuable capability to any organisation.
John Coburn
Former Learning & Talent Development Leader, Europe
LinkedIn Recommendation
Ian served as a highly capable executive and operations support to the Chief Learning Officer and leadership team. He managed communications, coordinated meetings, and supported both physical and virtual engagements across Saudi Arabia and globally.

Even after we both left SABIC, our professional relationship continued. We have stayed connected and have also worked together on some short projects.
